Refund and Returns Policy

At Belvianni, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In the original packaging, with any tags still attached (if applicable)

We do not charge restocking fees, and all jewelry items are returnable.

Refund Process

We only offer refunds; exchanges or store credit are not currently available.

To initiate a return:

Prepare the product you wish to return, ensuring it meets the above conditions.
Write your Order Number, Full Name, and Bank Account Details (IBAN) on a piece of paper.
Include this note inside the return package.
Send the package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your return and verify the condition of the item.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the IBAN provided in your return note.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

International Returns

We accept returns from all European countries we ship to. The same 30-day return window and conditions apply. Please ensure your international return is properly labeled and sent with a reliable carrier.
